3. Cooking.
Safflower seed oil as edible vegetable oil has stable bright color and high nutrition. Used for fried and raw mixed with cold dishes as sauces and salads; also used for frozen desserts etc.
Package and storage:
Package:190 kg per plastic drum; Purged with nitrogen.
Storage and Handling: Store in a dry and cool place, protected from light, heat and oxygen. The preferred storage temperature is 10-30°C. If precipitation occurs before using, please warm the product to 30-40°C under nitrogen to achieve complete dissolution.
Shelf Life: Three years in tightly closed drums. Once opened, the oil should be blanketed under nitrogen and used within six months.
